A Toy Story Bedroom doesn’t have to have ALL the accessories and bedding in a Toy Story Theme. You can design a great looking and long lasting bedroom without going Hog Wild with Buzz Light Year and Woody “everything”.
This Toy Story Bedroom by HGTV is painted blue… which I wouldn’t have recommended if you were using a ton of Toy Story accessories… because the blue would be toooo much!
In this room it works because of the use of Salmon Orange colored accessories. The use of a Toy Story throw and pillow on the bed is just the perfect touch. This room is really geared towards a fresh Cowboy bedroom theme with the Toy Story accessories easily removed and changed to a different theme.
With this room – you can see that it would be perfect for any aged child up through the teenage years.
I love the blinds in this room but I think the room will need something for room darkening. I’d add drapes – maybe even add Toy Story Drapes
The Toy Story Throw
is a perfect accent across the salmon colored bedding.
Finding great accessories for a bedroom that don’t scream “Theme” takes a bit of thinking.
But don’t you think the western or cowboy theme is perfectly integrated with Woody?
Just a few “cowboy” style accessories – that any little boy or girl would love – will help pull your theme together without looking so “theamy”.
Want to know which of these cowboy accesories are made for children and easy to find?
Check out Indiana Jones Bedding and you will be amazed at what you can find that will fit perfectly with the Toy Story Bedroom Idea.
One thing you always know to look for in kid’s bedding… is it washable? This Toy Story Bedding is wash and dry – plus it’s reversible. Moms always want to know.
Disney Toy Story 3 Comforter
This one is cute and has all the characters… I’m not as “big” a fan of this one as I am the next one down the list.
This one looks like photographic images of the Toy Story Characters instead of the “drawing” style. If I had to choose I’d choose this next bedding set.

The colors are the same with both comforters – but look at the graphics. They seem to be cuter – cleaner and more powerful… not so cheap looking.
This is also a wash n dry comforter… in case you were comparing the two.
Toy Story Cotton Rich Twin Comforter
How perfect is this sheet set?
It’s 200 thread count – so it’s not going to be the softest sheets ever… but I think if you are going to to a Toy Story Bedroom – ya gotta have sheets!

What about a bedskirt? Some of like them and some don’t. I think they finish off the bed… but you really have to watch what get’s hidden under the bed.
These are a bit harder to find – but I scoped one out for you. It’s from the Disney store – but you can order right here through Amazon. I love Amazon because you can get free shipping on so many items. I think Amazon has me on “speed dial”.

Disney Action Hero Buzz Lightyear Bedskirt
And… how perfect is that Green Shag Rug
for a toy story bedroom?
Wouldn’t a Toy Story Bathroom be the cutest thing for a little boy? I know some girls who would love it as well… not all girls are the “princess” type.
The Toy Story Bath Rug
that is the most popular is the one shown above available from Target – Shop for it on Amazon.
It might seem a natural idea to paint the bathroom all blue… because Toy Story Bathroom Accessories all seem to have a blue background. But… have you ever been in a blue bathroom? Unless it’s just the right “shade” of blue – it’s depressing.
I would suggest a light sunshine yellow for the walls… assuming the bath fixtures are all white. Yellow looks great with blue and the combination is nothing but FUN.
Now that you have great color on the walls… you need a few Toy Story Theme Accessories.
Of course – you will need a shower curtain. See how bright this shower curtain is? It would over power a blue walled bathroom… and I think that an all white bathroom is not “cute” enough for kids. I’m sticking to the yellow walls idea.
Of all the shower curtains for kids – this Toy Story Shower Curtain
is one of the best I’ve seen following a theme. This shower curtain is all about fun and you definitely “get” what theme the bathroom is..
The huge lettering at the top “Toys At Play” is just begging to keep the shower curtain pulled open at all times… which keeps the bathtub out of sight in case you have “ring around the tub”.
